EWOUT D´HOORE
Ewout is a theatre director who has been working on participatory art projects since he graduated from RITCS Theatre School in 2009. He did one year of extra schooling at Toneelschool Maastricht where he got a teaching degree and has a broad background of Philosofy and Performance studies from his time at the University of Amsterdam an Humboldt University of Berlin. He likes to collaborate with others and is often seen at the side of Frederique Lecomte. LINK THEATRE & RECONCILIATION
He has experience working with child soldiers, psychiatric patients, sheep, University professors, seniors and school children. He likes to work outside the black box and within institutions to create a space where identities and positions can be reinvented en renegotiated. He will take the most vulnerable participants as his most essential collaborators. He directs, writes, performs and works as a dramaturg. He has a tendency to dream big and act like a grandmother.
